Mike and his team at Only Eavestroughs were very professional from the beginning to the end; starting with the quote for eavestroughs and soffits, continuing with the installation and modifications required as the work progressed and ending with the cleanup. Some of the work was done under difficult conditions in very cold weather and I give a big shout out to the installer, Matt for his resilience and expertise! Mike was always very quick in communications and gave us a detailed quote with a warranty on the installation. When the time comes to install new siding on the house we will be contacting him again.      Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This summer we decided to get our eavestroughs replaced as they were falling apart. We called a few places and Mike from Only Eavestroughs gave us the best price which included leaf guards. They came over and were done in half a days work. Everything looks great and well built. A few days later we had one of the biggest storms we have ever had here in London and we had no over flow or leaks which impressed me very much considering how much rain we had. The best part was how much above and beyond the boys went. While replacing the eavestroughs, they saw that one of the shingles next to the house exhaust was ripped and a large part was missing. They fixed and replaced the shingle for me which is great because I cannot get on the roof myself.
